Sun City Grand residents may have special pricing for their copying needs at Office Max. Click here to see the pricing card. Click here to see the flyer identifying the prices. You need to print out the pricing card and submit that when you are having copies made. You can make the copies yourself at the self-serve but they have to be rung up as a full service copy in order to get our special pricing. With that in mind--maybe we should just let them do the work. The flyer tells you what our pricing should be when they ring up your order. If you have any problems with this, please contact sblatnik@scgcam.com immediately. PLEASE print out the card to take to Office Max so that they can laminate it for you. 

Construction of the Tennis Courts will start on May 12. Construction will consist of courts 3 4, and 11. The asphalt courts will be converted to post tension concrete. Court eleven will have the most impact on foot traffic going to the pet park, bocce courts, lawn bowling, tennis courts, etc. Parking around the tennis courts will also be affected. Please note this will take 60 days to complete. The first three weeks will be the most congested for the tear out of the old courts. Some work will be done at night when pouring the concrete; this should not be more than a week. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Click here to see the release from the City of Surprise regarding an Open House explaining upcoming Bell Road renovations. These renovations will include the portion of Bell Road that passes Sun City Grand homes. The City will be determining whether or not to use rubberized asphalt for this project to make the roads quieter. If you are interested in making this happen, please make sure you check out the date and time of the Open House.
