Your browser security settings might be too strict.
A Solution for Internet Explorer: Change your internet security options.
Select "Tools", "Internet Options", "Security".
Select "Internet".
Set the "Security Level for this Zone" to "Medium".
Alternate Solution for Internet Explorer: Add grandinfo to your Trusted Sites list.
Select "Tools", "Internet Options", "Security".
Select "Trusted Sites".
Click "Sites".
In the "Add this web site to this zone" box, enter "*.grandinfo.com"
Click "Add".
Click "OK" until you are out of the Internet options.
Now redisplay the home page & see if it worked!
Problem #2:
Pages that need Adobe Reader are slow to appear & an error message pops up.
Adobe Reader might be messed up. This can be caused by a variety of things.
First, try to repair Adobe Reader.
Close all of your programs.
Start Adobe Reader using "Start", "All Programs", "Adobe Reader".
In Adobe Reader, click "Help", then click "Detect and Repair".
Answer any questions that it asks.
When it finishes repairing, it will probably prompt you to reboot. If so, reboot.
Try accessing the page that requires Adobe Reader.
If the above didn't work,
Uninstall Adobe Reader.
Reinstall Adobe Reader. You can find the latest version by clicking the "Get Adobe Reader" graphic under the grandinfo menu.
Try accessing the page that requires Adobe Reader.
